In Television
In 1994, Achint Kaur made her tv debut in the Hindi serial Banegi Apni Baat where she played the character of Anushka.
She worked in serial Virudh (2007), Jamai Raja (2014), The Tashkent Files (2019) etc. In 2020, she acted in the Hindi series, Jamai Raja 2, which was released on Zee5. Achint Kaur has also acted in a few Pakistani television serials.
In Film
In 2002, she made her Bollywood debut in the film Om Jai Jagadish, in which played the character of Tanya Chopra.
She appeared in movies like Julie (2002), Corporate (2006), Guzarish (2010), Heroine (2012) etc. Achint also worked in films like Chopsticks (2019), and Koi Jaane Naa (2021) that were released on OTT platforms. Apart from Bollywood, Achint has worked in Punjabi films as well. Achint Kaur has also worked as a theatre actress, which she continued for almost fifteen years.
