Aditi was born on 19 November in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, and she was brought up in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Her zodiac sign is Scorpio. She did her schooling from St. Francis Convent Inter College, Jhansi. Later, she pursued her MBBS from MS Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore. [1] While she was pursuing MBBS, she enrolled herself in an acting course at ‘MisFit Studio,’ an acting school in Bangalore.

She has worked as a model in various TV commercials like Reliance, Hyundai, MTR, Centurion University, and General Electricals. She acted in the Hindi short film ‘Lipkiss’ in 2017.

In 2018, she debuted as an actor in the Hindi TV serial ‘Chandragupta Maurya’ in which she played the role of Durdhara.
