Controversy
She was insulted the Indian flag for wrap around her body and waist and did photo shoot with wearing a bikini and flag due to which she faced highly criticism in July 2012. She was considered who violated the Indian Flag and mentioned under the “Prevention of Insult to National Honour Act of 1971” [1]
In 2017, she passed out the inappropriate comments against Bigg Boss Contestant Arshi Khan and Priyank Sharma.
On 6 February 2021, she was arrested by the Mumbai Police in case of shooting Porn movies and also forcing the women to work in porn movies due to which FIR was lodged against her and six persons also involved in this case. Police officer said that
“The actor was allegedly involved in shooting and uploading obscene and pornographic content on her website” [2]

She was born in Hindu Brahmin family in Chirmiri (Chhttisgarh) on 16 June 1993.
She completed her schooling from DAV Public School, Chirimiri and for higher education she was enrolled in engieeniring college All Saints College of Engineering and received her B.Tech degree with good grades.
Her parents gave her name Vandana Tiwari but before she entered in film industry she change to Gehana Vasisth.
After completing her college studies, she starts approached modeling agency and she grabbed the first project by Shahryar Khan in Monte Carlo.

She started her career through modeling and got various projects by Shahryar Khan who is TV advertiser and suggested her name to Monte Carlo fashion brand and she had done effectively of her first project.
And then, she starts getting offered from big brand such as Chevrolet Cruze car, Philips Arena, Dreamstone Jewellery, Palak sarees and many more.
Later, she was gained offered from the Sahara One channel for anchoring and she was made her debut show as an anchor.
After the anchoring she was got lead role in Star Plus serial Behanein and also worked as a VJ for MTV India show True Life in 2011.
She also took part in Bikini Contest and grabbed the title of Miss Asia Bikini via online contest in 2012.
