Himanshu Bawandar, popularly known as Comedian Kavi Himanshu Bawandar, is an Indian comedian, scriptwriter, and poet. He is best known for playing the character of Bhola Purush in the series Liv 2 Laugh. In 2022, he participated in Sony TV’s India’s Laughter Champion (2022), a reality TV comedy show.

He did his schooling at Lokmanya Tilak Science & Commerce College (LOTI), Ujjain. Thereafter, she attended Vikram University, Ujjain. While studying in college, he actively took part in the drama. In one such play titled ‘Garvi Gujarat,’ Himanshu played the lead role of the great saint Narsinh Mehta.

Himanshu Bawandar started his career as a marketing head of Mishra Home Tutorials in Ujjain. After working there for a while, Himanshu resigned from his job and started working as an agent at LIC India Forever, Ujjain. In 2016, Himanshu founded Gauri Tour and Travels, a travelling agency in Ujjain.

In 2015, Himanshu made his television debut by participating in the reality TV comedy show ‘Comedy Superstar,’ which aired on SONY SAB TV. He was the only artist from Madhya Pradesh to get selected for the show. His performance in the show was appreciated by the judges, and he got eliminated from the show after reaching the top 5.
