Ja Morant or Temetrius Jamel “Ja” Morant is an American who is a popular American basketball player by profession. He is a member of the National Basketball Association’s Memphis Grizzlies (NBA). He attended Murray State University and was a unanimous first-team All-American as a sophomore in 2019.
He was drafted second overall by the Grizzlies in the 2019 NBA draft and was crowned NBA Rookie of the Year in 2020. Morant was unranked by recruiting agencies despite being selected All-Region Most Valuable Player three times and receiving All-State accolades.
