Controversy
She was indulged in domestic conflicts at her home with her maternal uncle. She registered a police complaint against her uncle regarding physically torture and sexual harassment, she said in an interview that
“We were having some property dispute. I went to my maternal uncle’s place along with my mother yesterday to end the issue. But he misbehaved with me and threw us out of the house in the middle of the night. Since childhood, he has been physically and sexually harassing me like this. He used to beat me up with his shoes.”
But her uncle denied the entire allegation raised by the Jayashree Ramaiah.

She was born in middle-class family in Kerala on 13 November 1990, she was completed her primary schooling from St. Joseph’s High School and for further education she was moved in Bangalore and enrolled in ‘Jain Deemed-to-be University’ and completed her graduation with good marks.
During her college days she was participated in modeling contest and she did various walked ramps in fashion shows for fashion designers.
Then she got chance to interact with filmmaker during the fashion shows and she tries her luck in acting and got huge fame from it.
Once in an interview she said about her mother that “My mom is my pillar of strength and she is always there for me in thick and thin. I always take her advice before making any important decision.”

Career Path
She started her filmy career through Kannada film Uppu Huli Khara in 2017 as Jayashree.
She also became a part of TV reality show as a contestant in Bigg Boss 3 Kannada in 2015, but she was evicted in the second week of the game show.
In 2019, she also show her acting skills in film Kannada film Kannad Gothilla which directed by Mayuraa Raghavendra.
She was appeared in music video in Kannada Olledallappo in 2019.
The last of movie of her in which, she worked Shiradi Ghat in 2021.

- Jayashree Ramaiah does not smoke and drinks alcohol like other celebrities.
- First time she showed about her depression & anxiety condition on her social media account on 22 July 2020, through shared a post that
“I quit Goodbye to this f*****g world and depression.”
- Suddenly, after some hours she deleted her post and shared another post “I am Alright and safe!! Love you all.”
- She also undergone treatment for depression at Sandhya Kiran Asharam in Bengaluru.
- Later, she revealed her such depression and anxiety condition in live video, she said,
“I am not doing all of this for publicity sake. I am not expecting financial help from Sudeep sir as well. I am not expecting my death as I am unable to battle depression. I am financially strong but depressed. I have been going through a lot of personal issues. I have been betrayed since childhood and unable to overcome it.”
- Finally, Jayashree Ramaiah was committed to suicide and her body was found hanging in her room at residence Bengaluru on 24 January 2021.
Local police reached for to investigate the case and they said “The actor was found hanging in a room at her residence in Pragathi layout in Magadi road in the city. The body of the actor has been sent for postmortem, and the police have started the investigation.”
- Jayashree workouts daily in gym to maintain her health and physiques but she failed to handle the depression.
- Reportedly, she was preferred to living in old-age home to overcome the anxiety and depression condition.
