Advani began her worked in films with debut movie Fugly in 2014, she got famed after her biopic movie on sport person M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story in 2016 with starring Late Sushant Singh Rajput as Dhoni.

She was born on 31 July 1992 in mixed family her ancestor was Scottish, Irish, Portuguese and Spanish. Her parents put her name Alia Advani but she changed her name “Kiara Advani” by the suggestion of Salman Khan before the release of her debut movie in 2014.

”Kiara was chosen because in bollywood already has one Alia Bhatt and I am inspired by the Priyanka Chopra movie ‘Anjaana Anjaani’ who played her role as a Kiara and I got idea from the movie and I used it for myself ”
She completed her schooling Cathedral and John Connon School, Mumbai, and has one best friend Isha Ambani since her childhood.
