Personal Life of Manika Sheokand
She was born in upper-class family of Chandigarh (India) in 1996.
She completed her schooling from Kailash Bahl D.A.V Senior Secondary Public School, Chandigarh and for higher education she was enrolled in Dr. S. S Bhatnagar University Institute of Chemical Engineering & Technology, Punjab University, Chandigarh.
She is a bright student in her academics, along with studies she also took part in sports games due to which she won the national level competition in Netball.
After completing her graduation, she pursues her master degree MBA, and During the MBA program in May 2016, she got the job in KBR, Inc. Gurgaon and worked at KBR only three months.
Then she applied to Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited and joined the company but her heart is not too satisfied to want to do a job, she decided to leave her job and ventured into modeling. After that, she never turned back until she did not succeed in modeling career.
Manika Sheokand also shared her parent’s struggle story regarding girl birth that her parents have faced the wrath of the age-old misogynist culture and also mentioned that girl birth is a burden on the parents. And people pitied on her parents for having a two girl’s child means (how they will fulfill her daughter’s dowry and marriage expenditure).

Career Path
She started her career as a model in 2019, and she got the chance to work for famous designers like Anjalee and Arjun Kapoor, Narendra Kukar, Rina Dhaka, and many more. And she walked the ramp in various fashion shows and one of the walked ramps of her for Narendra Kumar at Gurugram International Coutre Week (2019).
Later, she grabbed the chance to represented Haryana in a contest of VLCC Femina Miss India 2020, and Manika was crowned as Femina Miss Grand India in 2020. And Manasa Varanasi from Hyderabad has crowned the title of Miss India World and Manya Singh from Uttar Pradesh was the 1st runner-up & become a Miss India 2020.
The result was announced (0n 10th February 2021) late due to pandemic disease COVID-19 and the entire contest was held at Plush Hotel, Mumbai. The famous Bollywood actor hosted the fashion show such as Neha Dhupia, Pulkit Samrat, Chitrangada Singh, and designer duo Falguni and Shane Peacock.
She also promoted the beauty products through her Instagram page to collaborate with Sephora and Staunch India.
As a beauty queen, she has an aim of spreading awareness about climate issues and global warming took place and she also worked on carbon to reduce the impact on the ecosystem during the corporate journey. And also take the initiative to empower women and encourages climate change.
She also contributed to eco-friendly groups and organizations at the individual level. “Women play a crucial role in preserving the climate, and that is why one of the SDG especially focuses on gender equality and women empowerment. She is a movie buff and wanted to become an actress she revealed her dream in the audition video of Femina Miss India 2020, she said
“I am passionate about learning the art of acting, I love watching movies and I am fond of reading books.”
