Career Path
She began her worked to participate in reality show Splitsvilla 3 in 2009, grabbed the finalist position in show and next year she featured in MTV show ”Making The Cut 2” in 2010.
She got rolled for her debut show Geet- Hui Sabse Parayi in 2010.
Punia gained popularity after her TV serial Love u Zindagi and then she acted in numerous serials like “Saawaare Sabke Sapne Preeto” in 2011, “Honge Judaa Naa Hum” in 2012, “Kacach…Kaali Shaktiyon Se” in 2016 and Gangaa as a Karuna in 2017.

Controversy
In 2020, when she was engaged with her boyfriend Paras Chhabra, he claimed on her that, she never told me about her marriage, she already a married women and put him in the betrayal, then Pavira replied in an interview
“I don’t really have that much of a controversial past. I just have one ‘Sh*t’ in my life and if she has even a bit of self respect and sense left, he will not enter the Bigg Boss 14 house in my presence and even if he does, he shouldn’t rub me the wrong way or else he would face the dire consequences.”
Then Paras replied her statements and said
“Pavitra has rightly said that Paras was her mistake because a married woman can’t be dating and fooling me. It was alarming to know this when her husband messaged me and said you both could be with each other as much as you want but only after my divorce with her. I confronted her and she agreed, then I got to know one after other shocking revelations about her. I don’t want to open my mouth right now. I could be explosive right now, but time will tell and it will show during her stint in BB. If I open my mouth things can go against her and it won’t be good. She hid about her marriage from me. A Hotel owner and her ex-fiancée Sumit Maheshwari claimed that he wanted to married him instead that she had cheated and put in him betrayal four times. [2]

Pavitra was born in Baghpat (Shamli) Uttar Pradesh on 22 April 1986, she completed her schooling from delhi and for higher education she enrolled in Delhi University and lived with her family in Delhi police quarters.
She inspired her father government job then she decides to become an IPS officer for her dream she prepared almost one-two years for clear the examination.
While she completed her college degree, she got offered from Kingfisher’s company to work as a model.
Then she pursued her career in entertainment field rather than government jobs, then she filed online audition form of MTV Roadies show in 2009 but she selected in other one show “Splitsvilla” and engages
