Career
Film
In 1996, Prem made his acting debut in the Tamil film named Naattupura in which he played the character of Velpandi.
Later, he appeared in Tamil films like Kannamma, Veerappu, Kathi Kappal, Seval and many more. Apart from Tamil films, Prem has also acted in Telugu and Kannada films.
Television
In 2001, Prem Kumar made his TV debut with the Tamil serial Anni in which he played the role of Muthiah Ramanathan.
He also acted in the Tamil serial Annamalai (2003) and Manaivi (2004).
Web Series
In 2022, Prem Kumar made his OTT debut with the Tamil web series Suzhal in which he played the character of Vadivelu. The series was released on Amazon Prime Video on 17 June 2022.
Reality Show
In 2006, Prem Kumar won the title in the Tamil reality show Jodi No 1 season 1 with Tamil actress Pooja who was his co-star in the tv serial Annamalai.
Awards
