In 2007, soon after finishing her studies, Priya Dagar began working at The Energy and Resources as a Research Associate in Environment & Energy Policy Institute. In May 2010, she joined Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois. Priya Dagar began working as a Research Associate on Climate Change & Sustainability in its college named Kellogg School of Management and held the position till March 2011. Priya Dagar started working as a Consultant at World Business Council for Sustainable Development -TERI BCSD in New Delhi and served in the position till 2013. She joined European Business and Technology Centre (EBTC) in New Delhi in March 2017 and worked as a Sector Specialist in the company till September 2015. Priya Dagar became a part of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in October 2015 and held the position of Senior Policy Leader (Energy, Environment & Climate Change).
