Priyanka was born on Wednesday, 4 September 1996 (age 24 years; as of 2020) in Bhadravati, Karnataka. Her zodiac sign is Virgo. She did her schooling at St. Charles High School, Bhadravathi.

Later, she did a Diploma in Computer Science at Government Women’s Polytechnic College, Shimoga, Karnataka. [1]

Her father, Thimmesh, is a businessman, and her mother, Girija Thimmesh, is a designer. She has an elder brother, Preetham Thimmesh.

Career

She started her career as an actor in the Kannada TV serial ‘Preethiyinda’ (2011) in which she played the role of a Kashmiri girl ‘Gulabi,’ and the serial was aired on Suvarna TV channel. In 2015, Priyanka debuted in the Kannada film ‘Ganapa’ in which she played the character of Brinda. She has acted in a few Kannada films like ‘Akira’ (2016), ‘Pataki’ (2017), ‘Bheemasena Nalamaharaja’ (2020), and ‘Sugarless’ (2021).

 

In 2018, she debuted in the Malayalam film ‘Kayamkulam Kochunni’ in which she played the role of Suhara. In the same year, she made her Tamil film debut with the film ‘Utharavu Maharaja’ as Saadhana.

She participated in the TV reality show ‘Bigg Boss Kannada 8’ as a wild card contestant in 2021.
