Pukhraj Bhalla is an Indian actor and singer who works predominantly in Punjabi films. He is the son of popular Punjabi comedian and actor Jaswinder Bhalla.

Acting
Pukhraj Bhalla made his acting debut in 2013 with the film “Stupid 7.” The film was based on Punjabi musical play “Me and My Story” and featured Millind Gaba, Pukhraj Bhalla, Jasmeet Kaur, Karanjit Singh, Saibi Sodhi, Gunit Cour, Sukhman Brar, and Janatpreet in lead roles. Pukhraj played a character named Sahab and received huge appreciation for it. Next, he appeared in Vijay Kumar Arora’s comedy-drama film “Ronde Saare Vyah Picho.” Pukhraj Bhalla improved his acting skills with each passing role thus earning opportunities to work under big banners in Pollywood. He has done supporting roles in movies like “Golak Bugni Bank Te Batua,” “Vaisakhi List,” “Harjeeta,” and “Afsar.”

Pukhraj Bhalla rose to fame after appearing in the Punjabi-language comedy-drama web series “Yaar Jigree Kasooti Degree” released on 15 September 2018. This Rabby Tiwana created series was based on the life of college students. Pukhraj Bhalla was featured as Jaspreet Singh Randhawa aka Jass along with Karan Sandhawalia as Lakhvinder Singh aka Lucky, Sukhdeep Sapra as Anmoldeep Singh Sidhu aka Anmol, Amrit Amby as Gurshabd Singh Brar aka Lali, Prateek Singh Rai as Ekamveer Singh Gill aka Ekam, and Karanvir Deol as Rupinder Singh Oberoi aka Roop. The series received huge popularity among the audience and proved to be the first commercially successful Punjabi web series.
Singing
Pukhraj Bhalla stepped into the field of singing in 2018 when he sang his first song “Zaalma” for the web series “Yaar Jigree Kasooti Degree.” His debut song was much appreciated by the audience and brought recognition to him as a Punjabi singer. Over the years, he released a number of music singles including “Countless” under Speed Records, “Hostel Boliyan” and “Dil Haare” under Troll Punjabi.
