Career

At the age of just 16 years, he started working as an entertainment journalist with the Times of India. He then joined the Indian express as a film journalist and worked there for a few years.

He has also worked as a film critic and journalist at the Star News, and his show ‘Masand Ki Pasand’ in which he used to review the Hindi films on the Star News became very popular. In 2005, he joined the English news channel CNN IBN as a journalist. His news TV show ‘Now Showing’ gained immense popularity for reviewing films of different genres. He has worked with CNN IBN for almost 15 years, and after his contract ended with the channel, he joined ‘Dharma Cornerstone Agency’ a talent management company as a Chief Operating Officer. His news TV show which became immense popular is ‘Rajeev Masand Ki Pasand’ aired on IBN7.
