Ruby Rose is a multi-talented public figure and worked as a model, DJ, VJ, TV presenter, and actress. Her full name is Ruby Rose Langenheim and she was a television presenter on MTV Australia which put her in public eyes and was spotted inside the limelight. She was garnered wide attention for her part in Orange Is the New Black. Ruby is acknowledged as the first-ever certified lesbian act of a superhero in open TV with her Batwoman role in 2019-20.

Rose was born on March 20, 1986, in Melbourne, Australia. At 12, she got out of the closet as a lesbian. She claimed that she was bullied, including verbal and physical harassment from her male peers, as a result of her sexuality and gender variation. As a youngster, she was also sexually molested by a relative. Rose had suicidal ideation and attempted suicide when she was 12 years old. She indicated that she had fought with mental health concerns her whole life, despite having tried suicide numerous times and been diagnosed with various conditions such as complex post-traumatic stress disorder and severe depression (which was first misdiagnosed as bipolar disorder).
