Controversy
In starting 2021, she accuses director Sajid Khan of Sexual misconduct and Sherlyn revealed his sexual harassments on Twitter that “When I had met him in April 2005, a few days after my father’s demise, he had taken his penis out of his pants and had asked me to feel it. I remember having told him that I know how a penis feels like & that the purpose of my meeting with him was not to feel or rate his penis”
And also revealed “After flashing his penis, he had not only asked me to touch it & feel it but also asked me if I had ever seen a penis as well endowed as his”
She also indulged in controversy by spreading some information about her past that “I have slept with many for money in the past.”
She also registered a FIR against director of film Kamasutra 3D in which she worked and she case a file due to Financial Fraud against director Rupesh Paul and then she quit the film.
Sherlyn also came in the headline that she had done one night slept with Hugh Hefner who is the head of Playboy Magazine, for to be cover on his magazine, but she denied all the rumours story.

She completed her primary schooling also from Christian based school ‘Stanley Girls High School’ (Hyderabad) and for higher studies she enrolled in “St. Ann’s College for Women, Secunderabad” and completed her graduation.
In the teenage age her eye sight was weak due to which she wears spectacles and for this reason nobody look at her in early days.
But later she proved that she is no less than a queen and she grabbed the title of Miss Andhra in 1999.

Career Path
She started her filmy career in 2002 with debut film Madhuram and then she got some more film projects like Time Pass and Game.
In 2007, she appeared in psychological thriller film Red Swastik as Anamika and then she got role in Yash Raj Film Dil Bole Hadippa as Sonia in 2009.
Sherlyn got so much fame after she worked in Indian-English 3D erotic film Kamasutra 3D in 2013 as Kamaa Devi.
She also participated in reality show Bigg Boss 3 (2009) as a contestant but within 27 days she was evicted from the show.
In 2016, she appeared in song Dil Mein Chhupa Loonga in film “Wajah Tum Ho” with stars Armaan Malik & Tulsi Kumar.
She also did some video song including Tunu Tunu released by T-series in 2019 and some more such as “Dard-e-Sherlyn”, “Bad Girl” and “Kataar”.
