The couple tied the knot in the presence of only a few close family members and friends. Career
Soni Poddar is a private banker. He started his career in 2012, working as a Cash Management Operation Officer at the Standard Chartered Bank in Dhaka. Soni worked there for almost three years and then joined Eastern Bank Limited in the same position, where his key responsibilities included processing outward remittance (Student File and Commercial remittance) as per the client’s requirement, preparing query report of Bangladesh Bank’s Statistics Department for outward remittance, Payroll banking, Corporate fund transfer, and much more. In 2017, Poddar got employed at the City Bank in Dhaka. He joined the organisation as the Assistant Manager (Operations Project And Support) and was later promoted to the position of Associate Manager.
