Controversie
In 2018, Vanitha filed an issue over family property and got into a legal dispute with her father. According to her, she was staying at her mother’s house since her mother’s death. Her father is asking her to vacate the house.
Vanitha further said that her father has also stopped her from going on a shoot. Vijaykumar claimed to be the owner of the house and filed a case against Vanitha at the local police station in Maduravoyal for not vacating the house.
Later he alleged that he and his crew member were brutally beaten up by the police personnel and thrown out of the house.
In 2017, Vanitha was accused of kidnapping her own daughter Jayanita. And after Vanitha got divorced from her second husband, the court decided that their daughter Jayanita would stay with her father on weekdays and with her mother on weekends. But, in the first week of April 2017, Vanitha did not return her daughter to her ex-husband for a whole week.
Even after the deadline of the court, when she did not return her daughter, the court gave the entire custody of Jayanita to the father.
She got into controversy when she filed a case of assault against her parents and brother when she tried to take their children back to her home. Reportedly, her children went to their grandparents’ house to celebrate Diwali and when she went there to be taken back by Vanitha, her father and brother beat her up.Family & Ancestor
