Domenic Di Rosa is a Canadian actor who earned immense recognition with the television series Big Wolf on Campus (1999) in which he played the role of Tim Eckert. He is well-known for appearing in the television series Letterkenny (2017), Barkskins (2020), and the film Mafia Inc (2019).

Domenic Di Rosa was born on Thursday, February 1, 1979 (age 42 years; as of 2021), in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. In 1954, his grandparents arrived in Quebec from Cattolica Eraclea, Sicily in Italy; therefore, since childhood, Domenic was well versed in the Sicilian language. He did his schooling at Hudson High School (now Westwood High School) in Hudson, Canada. The drama program at Hudson High School is where Domenic first got interested in acting. Domenic was part of the Hudson Drama Coterie, run by his drama teacher Kevin Woodhouse, a mentor who encouraged Domenic to pursue a career in acting. In an interview, he said,
Aside from my father, Kevin was my other mentor who told me, ‘You’ve got something kid. You should continue with it”

In 1999, Domenic Di Rosa made his television debut with ‘Are You Afraid of the Dark?’ in which he played a small role of Moose. Thereafter, he came into the limelight with the television series ‘Big Wolf on Campus’ in which he played the role of Tim Eckert.
In 2002, he appeared as Vasquez Bodyguard in the television mini-series The Last Chapter. In the same year, after three successful seasons, the series Big Wolf on Campus (1999) got canceled, which prompted Domenic to take a break for a while and raise his family. Later, he played cameo roles in various series like A Stranger in My Home (2013), The Truth About the Harry Quebert Affair (2018), and The Detectives (2018). In 2017, he marked his return to the entertainment industry with the recurring role of Jean-Pierre in the Canadian comedy series Letterkenny. In 2020, he starred in the American drama television series ‘Barkskins’ in which he played the role of Father Gabriel.
