Ieshaan Sehgaal is an Indian actor, model, bodybuilder, and former aircrew member. [1]

Sehgaal was very close to his maternal grandfather, who had brought him up like a father. [2]

Before entering the limelight, Ieshaan worked as a crew member with Jet Airways International. In 2014, he visited Mumbai and took an intense training of six months for the Airways. Soon, in two months, he quit the aircrew job to pursue acting, which was his passion since he was 5 years old. He also took up bodybuilding and is popular for his ‘ripped’ physique.

The struggling actor in Mumbai got his first break as a model at the age of 17 when he walked on the ramp for a show in Goa.

The actor has appeared on television shows like Rishton Ka Chakravyuh on Star Plus and Kaushiki. Ieshaan claimed fame with his acting skills in MTV’s show called Fanaah, which he bagged after giving several auditions. His other shows include MTV’s Zindagi U-Turn and a few episodes of Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, aired on Zing. [3]

Apart from shows and web series, Sehgaal has also appeared in music videos like Paagalpan and Shah Jahan. In 2021, after eight years in the television industry, Ieshaan got the chance to participate in the TV reality show ‘Bigg Boss 15’ alongside other contestants like Umar Riaz, Pratik Sehajpal, Karan Kundra, Donal Bisht, and Afsana Khan. Ieshaan revealed that he considers Bigg Boss 13 winner late Sidharth Shukla his idol, and his mother is also a huge fan of the late actor. Sehgaal also expressed his desire to pay respects to Shukla’s mother once he comes out of the Bigg Boss house. [8]
