Soon after finishing her college studies, Isheta Salgaocar joined the business of her father. She works as a member of the Key Management Personnel team at the VMSalgaocar Corporation Private Limited. Her father, Dattaraj Salgaonkar, was the founder of the VMSalgaocar Corporation Private Limited. She also holds the position of the Vice President of Corporate Development in the company.

A well-known diamond jewellery designer of India, Neeshal Modi and Isheta Salgaocar got married to each other on 4 November 2016. In 2022, they got divorced. Isheta Salgaocar got married to Atulya Mittal in May 2022 soon after getting separated from Neeshal Modi. The Indian business tycoon Lakshmi Niwas Mittal is the uncle of Atulya Mittal. Atulya Mittal is an alumnus of Harvard Business School. On 7 May 2022, the family members of the couple organised a cocktail party for them. Soon after their wedding, the pictures and videos of their marriage went viral on various social media platforms. Tina Ambani was seen dancing with Deepti Salgaocar at the marriage.
