Ragini’s elder brother, Amit Khanna is an actor too. Her grandmother was a well-known singer and actor, Nirmala Devi. The famous Bollywood actor, Govinda is her maternal uncle. She is the cousin of the famous TV celebrities; Krushna Abhishek, Arti Singh, and Soumya Seth.

Career

In 2008, she made her debut in the Hindi TV serial, ‘Radhaa Ki Betiyaan Kuch Kar Dikhayengi;’ in which she played the role of Ragini Sharma. She got immense popularity with the Star Plus’ serial, ‘Sasural Genda Phool’ (2010); in which she played the female lead.

 

She has appeared as a contestant in various TV shows, like ’10 Ka Dum Season 2′ (2009), ‘Meethi Choori No 1’ (2010), ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 4’ (2010), ‘Comedy Circus Ka Naya Daur’ (2011), and ‘Entertainment Ki Raat’ (2018).

She has hosted a few TV shows, including ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Season 5′ (2012), India’s Best Dramebaaz’ (2013), and ‘Good Morning with Ragini Khanna’ (2016). Apart from TV serials, she has acted in a few Bollywood films, like ‘Teen Thay Bhai’ (2011), ‘Gurgaon’ (2017), ‘Posham Pa’ (2019), and ‘Ghoomketu’ (2020).
