Sapna was born on 25 September 1990 (31 years old; age as of 2021) in Rohtak, Haryana, India. She started dancing at quite an early age and is one of the most demanded stage performers in Haryana.
Apart from being a great dancer, she is also a great singer. Her father passed away in 2008, due to which the responsibility of sustaining her family feel upon her. Thereby, she started dancing to provide financial support to her family.

Sapna started her dancing career at the age of 12. She later formed an orchestra group named Arkestra Group which is one of the leading orchestra groups in India. Her song ‘Solid Body’ was a hit among the audience.

In 2016, she was accused of insulting a particular caste at a stage show through a song which she sang. After that, a person named Satpal Tanwar ran an online campaign against her for harassing her. Sapna even attempted suicide at her residence by consuming rat poison because of depression. She also wrote a suicide note at that time which went viral after her entry in Bigg Boss 11.
