  • On 10 May 2021, the Delhi Police issued a lookout notice against her husband, Sushil Kumar, in connection to the murder of a 23-year-old international wrestler Sagar Dhankad in Chhatrasal Stadium. Reportedly, Sushil Kumar had been absconding since Sagar Dhankad was beaten to death during a brawl at the parking area of Chhatrasal Stadium in Delhi. Following the incident, the police registered an FIR of murder, abduction, and criminal conspiracy against Sushil Kumar. [1] On 17 May 2021, the Delhi Police announced a reward of Rs. 1 lakh for information leading to the arrest of Sushil Kumar who was on the run. [2] On 22 May 2021, Sushil was arrested along with co-accused Ajay from outer Delhi’s Mundka area. Reportedly, Sushil had asked his friend Prince to make a video of the incident to terrorise the wrestling circuit in the city. [3]
