• Sonakshi Sinha is an Indian actress who works primarily in the Hindi entertainment industry. Soon after completing her graduation in costume designing, she worked as a costume designer for some films.

• In 2008 and 2009, Sonakshi Sinha began her career as a model by walking the ramp at Lakme Fashion week.

• In 2010, Sonakshi Sinha made her acting debut in the film Dabangg opposite Indian actor Salman Khan. She received the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut for her role in Dabangg. • In 2014, Sonakshi Sinha dubbed her voice in the American film Rio 2. In the same year, she appeared in a music video titled Superstar with renowned Punjabi singer Yo Yo Honey Singh. In July 2014, in the World Kabaddi League, Sonakshi Sinha jointly bought a team for the Kabaddi competitions.
