She has participated in various TV dance reality shows as a contestant and choreographer. She participated in Zee TV’s popular dance reality show ‘DID Doubles’ in 2011.

In 2014, she participated in the reality TV dance show ‘Boogie Woogie Kids Championship.’
She was one of the contestants in the reality TV dance show ‘So You Think You Can Dance’ (Indian version) and was a part of the group ‘Team Street’ in the show. The show aired in 2016. Roza has also choreographed various seasons of the reality TV dance shows like ‘Nach Baliye,’ ‘Dance India Dance Little Masters,’ and ‘Super Dancer.’ Apart from TV shows, she has worked as a choreographer with many Indian celebrities like Katrina Kaif, Jacqueline Fernandez, Vicky Kaushal, and Tiger Shroff.
