Career Path
Twinkle began his film career with Bobby Deol in Barsaat in 1995, She was cast by Dharmendra for her Debut movie in 1995 and became sixth highest grossing movie on that time.
He also acted with famous actors like Ajay Devgan and Saif Ali Khan, the action film Jaan she played a lead role with opposite Ajay Devgan and Dil Tera Diwana with Saif Ali Khan in 1996.
In 1999 the famous movie Baadshah and Mela (2000) in which she played role with famous actor Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan respectively.
She also worked with her Husband Akshay Kumar in two movies “International Khiladi and Julmi” was released in 1999.
She also appeared in Telugu Movie Sheenu in same year.
Tina was the first choice for movie “Kuch Kuch Hota Hai” but he refused and later Rani Mukerji was signed to work in film.
As an actress she was done her last movie in 2001 “Love Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega”

Controversy
In 2009, she created a controversy during the Lakme Fashion Week in which she unbuttoned Akshay Kumar Jeans, the social worker filed a complaint against both of the stars due to her obscenity in public. She had to surrender in police station Vakola, Mumbai but later she was rleased on bail.

Tina was born in Pune and completed her college education from “Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics”.
She wanted to become a Chartered Accountant after 12th class she gave exam but she engaged in entertainment and joined film industry.
Tina did photo shoot for filmafare magazine then she was met Akshay Kumar first time in photoshoot.
In 2001, she married with Akshay Kumar and after marriage she quit the acting career in all film industry for her husband.
She was able to work for only 6 years in film industry, she was not enjoying more in film industry.
